. Work Order Creation - The One Insite by Lesson work order creation process is the quickest and easiest way to create and manage work orders for your facility. Utilize the capabilities of your smartphone to provide accurate information and directly upload photos and videos to your work orders.

Version History - Added the ability to rate recurring work orders directly in the Insite app.
- Resolved an issue causing iPhone-recorded videos to be saved with an incorrect file extension. 4.0.4 Aug 20 - All notifications in the app now take users to the associated work order.
